Storyline : A computer engineer named Jennings awakens one day to discover that the last three years of his life and the work he did for a man named Rethrick during that time has been erased from his memory. Jennings ends up with an envelope in exchange for millions of dollars.Jennings uses the items in the envelope to regain his memory while his old employer is trying to kill him and the government is trying to put him in jail for something he doesn't remember doing.
