Storyline : When Ruth's husband dies after a when he falls in an archaeological dig, her daughter Sally suffering from childhood autism handles her father's death in a very odd manner. Sally's condition worsens and Ruth takes her to see Jake, an expert in childhood autism. Jake attempts to cure Sally through traditional therapy methods, however Ruth adopts a different method, risking her sanity and attempts to find out what is in Sally's mind and tries to make sense of the awkward things that Sally does including the building of a house of cards.
