Storyline : The film is based on the true story of Argentina's most controversial First Lady, Eva Peron(1919-1952). She starts out life as a poor girl and goes on to become an actress and then becomes the wife of the President of Argentina Juan Peron. Evita suffers from Cancer which she keeps a secret and dies at he age of 33, resulting in hysterical mourning in Argentina.
