Adhesions within the endometrial cavity, causing amenorrhea and infertility.

Cause(s) :

Cesarean surgery
Fibroids /Polyps surgery
D&C’s done for miscarriage

Symptoms :

Irregular periods
Pain during menstruation
Repeated miscarriage
Infertility

Diagnosis and Tests :

Hysteroscopy
Ultrasound
Hystero-salpingogram
Laparoscopy
