No information on the amendments made from time to time in the act are not detailed. It is better to state same along with the original draft.

the insecticide act not clearify that the manufacturer or formulater when purchase of eccess raw material like technical grade pesticide then why can not sold this material this is very needful for company to avoid any invetory of raw material. it is not his busseness but in favour of company this is not clear in act.
