how can a disabled 18 yr.old girl get her legal rights from her own uncle, his wife etc.,who want to grab her multi crore joint properties, joint business assetts, jewelleries etc.

My spouse is a central government employee serving in CISF for past 20 years. we have 2 daughters with age 9 yrs and 6 yrs respectively.our elder daughter is suffering from autism for last 5 yrs. we are taking medical treatments in several hospitals for last 5 years. she undergoes Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy at Sri Ramachandra Hospital,Porur, Chennai.
My husband had recently received transfer of post from chennai to Jaipur. His presence in chennai is of great help to our family. Moreover our child gets training in Tamil Language. Even if whole family shifted to Jaipur, it would badly affect the rigorous treatment which we are giving right now.
We came to know from Spastics Society of Tamilnadu that parent's of disabled child should be posted in the desired place where they undergo regular medical treatments
I request your help to hold the transfer of my husband. if you need all medical records/ documents supporting her treatment we would be obliged to produce the same.
