About - One of the Complications after Extra Corporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy for urinary tract calculi. It leads to formation of "stone Street" and obstruct the ureteral passage.Symptoms are Pain and difficulty in voiding.

Diagnosis - X-Ray KUB will show chain of stones in ureteric area.

Treatment - Depends on the Size and location of the Stone. Either Uretroscopy or Ureterolithotomy will be performed.
