Recently a client walked in to my room and sat silently for a while.As a counsellor i waited for him to talk after greeting him.he was silent,and then said"you know what is in my mind i dont need to tell you".Many have asked me if i can read their  mind or even guess what they are thinking.I replied to him saying,iam not a mindreader nor an astrologer  or a person with extra esp.iam here to help you to tune your mind and give solution to your problems , understanding your ownself. A counselling ... Yes I do agree with you . Many a times the health care provider along with counselors have to face this problem and very right approach to tackle this problem is to tell him or her in honest method that I am here to help you and first of all let me have your problem ( whatever it may be )and only tha there can be a solution .
