Both TNAA and Trinity have proven to be two of the fastest-growing travel nurse staffing agencies in the industry. The two companies joining forces will allow TNAA the ability to supply travel nurses with a wider variety of travel assignments and, in turn, provide client facilities with a larger pool of highly qualified travel nurses. "By combining two companies that have already established formidable teams and resources, we can improve the services we provide to our existing travelers and clients, and become a better option for those who are seeking a new agency partner," added Trinity Founder and CEO Matt Floyd.

According to a 2015 independent survey of healthcare staffing agencies conducted by Staffing Industry Analysts, Travel Nurse across America was named number 11 of the largest U.S. travel nurse staffing firms; Trinity was listed as number 17. This acquisition will catapult TNAA to the top 5 of the largest travel nurse staffing firms.
