Perretta is a well-known presence in the Washington, DC benefits community and a nationally recognized expert in the field. He has extensive experience providing counsel to large insurers, trade associations, and third party administrators regarding the implications of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Perretta's experience also includes advocating before various federal agencies, including the Departments of Treasury, Labor and Health and Human Services, on behalf of trade associations and other entities with respect to the ACA.
