(Parker, CO) announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which the companies will be combined as maxIT Healthcare. The combined company is now better positioned to extend its presence throughout the healthcare IT professional services market, particularly in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system solutions.

Ingenuity Solutions Group is a leading consulting services firm specializing in Lawson ERP systems. With its experienced Lawson-certified consultants, Ingenuity Solutions Group has expertise in Lawson Software project management, implementations, upgrades, customizations, integrations and maintenance. The acquisition adds dedicated resources and a focused approach to the maxIT ERP practice area, and enables maxIT to provide more comprehensive IT solutions to healthcare providers in the areas of financial management, human capital management and materials management. In 2000, he founded Ingenuity Solutions Group, which is now a recognized leader in the Lawson community. As a certified consultant in the Lawson Software Human Resources Suite, Mr. Summers has served in project manager and senior consulting roles on multiple Lawson implementations and upgrades.
