The March for Babies is March of Dimes' largest fundraiser. The March of Dimes' mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. It provides mothers, pregnant women and women looking to become pregnant with educational resources on baby health, pregnancy, preconception and new motherhood, while also supplying information and support to families affected by prematurity, birth defects, or other infant health problems. This objective is aligned with RMANJ's commitment to maintaining high pregnancy and delivery rates through single embryo transfer (SET). Through SET, parents are able to have the family they want, with just one baby at a time, if they choose.
