Mr. Miclot is currently the president and chief executive officer of CCSMedical, a privately held nationwide provider of various home care productsfor chronic diseases such as diabetes, wound care, urology and respiratorydisorders. Prior to joining CCS Medical, Mr. Miclot served as chief executiveofficer of Philips Home Healthcare Solutions from March 2008 until November2008 following the acquisition of Respironics, Inc. by Philips. From December2003 to March 2008, Miclot served as president and chief executive officer ofRespironics, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Miclot served in various positions atRespironics, Inc. from 1998 to 2003, including chief strategic officer andpresident of the Homecare Division. Mr. Miclot joined Respironics in 1998when it acquired Healthdyne Technologies where he had served as senior vicepresident, sales and marketing from 1995 to 1998.

Mr. Miclot currently serves on the board of directors of Wright MedicalGroup and several private companies including CCS Medical.
