MADISON, N.J., Nov. 15 At a meeting of the Boardof Directors of Wyeth (NYSE: WYE), held today, a dividend of fifty cents($0.50) per share on the outstanding shares of Preferred Stock was declaredpayable on January 2, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of businesson December 13, 2007.
