Having successfully run for seven years, China Enterprise Innovation Forumaims to stimulate innovation by Chinese companies and help construct Chinainto an innovative country. Commemorating the 30th anniversary of China'sreform and opening up, this year's annual forum was attended by a number ofhigh-ranking government officials. The nomination committee consisting ofvarious leading experts and scholars from the National Development and ReformCommission, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission ofthe State Council, Research Office of the State Council, Chinese Academy ofSocial Sciences and Peking University, took six months to select the winningcompanies and individuals. The selection was based on four criteria:innovation, public trust, impact and enabling force.
