New inVibe Labs partnerships enable organizations to query payor panels and capture voice responses

COSTA MESA, Calif., July 6, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Healthcare market research firm inVibe Labs now lets companies pose questions to payors through its automated voice-response research platform.

Traditional market research firms can take weeks to recruit participants for panels, while inVibe accomplishes this in less than 24 hours. In addition to finding panelists, inVibe has built an industry-first technology that engages panelists via text messages and allows them to participate in research studies by simply making a phone call.

"inVibe spent its first two years focusing on perfecting the technology and ensuring that we could recruit high-quality patient panels to efficiently field research studies," said Gratton. "Our goal was to make it possible for companies to call us on Monday morning with their questions and have answers by Tuesday night. We did that."

"As a former agency guy, it was frustrating working on projects and not being able to get insights from patients or doctors because there wasn't enough time or budget or both. There are some services that help conduct straight-up quantitative surveys, but they are terrible for getting qualitative responses. Coordinating phone interviews is time-intensive. Conducting focus groups is complex and often cost-prohibitive. So essentially there was this big gap—and we have filled it," said Gratton.

inVibe, whose services are used by pharmaceutical and biotech companies, ad agencies and market research firms, has collected more than 10,000 hours of patient voices since its launch in 2013, and is quickly building an equally impressive audio dataset from physicians. Now it will to do the same with payors.

inVibe's solution provides a means to extend ad board engagements beyond a handful of touch points, creating an ongoing dialogue with important stakeholders throughout the year, allowing companies to respond to changing market dynamics and ultimately gain a competitive advantage.

To make payor panels available to its customers, inVibe has formed partnerships with several leading payor firms, and is actively growing its partner network on an ongoing basis. Currently, inVibe's research panels are US-based, but there are plans to expand into Europe in 2017.
