WomanCare Global International will identify innovative and high-quality products that will benefit women in the developing world, obtain the necessary product rights and licensing agreements, and seek foundation/donor funding and grants to support its mission. Continuing its existing hybrid business model, WomanCare Global International's new subsidiary company, Devapharma Trading, LTD., will be responsible for all product-related activities including: global sales, regulatory standards, quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, logistics and supply chain management, and product commercialization. WomanCare Global LLC will maintain its existing presence in the United States serving as WomanCare Global International's non-profit arm.
Saundra Pelletier, Chief Executive Officer of WomanCare Global International, will also serve as a Director of Devapharma Trading, LTD.
