LAS VEGAS, Jan. 6 -- CES 2010, SILVERS SUMMIT, Booth # 2909 -- Wellcore Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based company dedicated to developing solutions that promote wellness, safety and security, announces a distribution partnership with firstSTREET, the leading direct marketer of innovative products for Boomers and Beyond. The Wellcore System is the most advanced, intuitive and affordable Mobile Personal Emergency Response System (M-PERS) product available for seniors who want to stay safe and live more active, independent lives. The Wellcore System can distinguish falls from other types of motion with unprecedented accuracy. In the event help is needed, Wellcore sends emergency services and alerts designated caregivers and family. Traditional Personal Emergency Response (PERS) products require users to push a button, do not indicate whether the device is being worn, and only work inside the home. The Wellcore product summons help with or without the push of a button, reminds the wearer to put it on, and works anywhere -- including outside of the home -- in conjunction with a Wellcore-compatible cell phone.

"We are extremely excited about partnering with Wellcore to launch this innovative product to help promote safety, security and wellness for aging adults. There is no other product quite like it on the market today, and we expect the consumer response to be exceptional," said Mark Gordon, chief executive officer, firstSTREET.

For additional information on the Wellcore System, please visit us at CES at the Living in Digital Times area in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center LVCC, booth # 2909, or on the web at www.wellcore.com.

Wellcore founder and CEO Vijay Nadkarni will be presenting at the 2:30pm CES Living in Digital Times Silvers Summit press conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), North Hall, Ballroom S221.
