This new report takes the form of an interactive website that highlights the myriad ways WellPoint and its associates are making a difference in their communities and workplace from the Associate Giving Campaign, to the Foundation's work supporting the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Association, to WellPoint's associates voluntarily supporting non-profits across the nation, to WellPoint's participation in global disaster relief efforts, to WellPoint's nationally recognized leadership on diversity initiatives, to its corporate leadership to make the organization and its community more environmentally efficient and safe.

"WellPoint cares deeply about corporate responsibility," said Linda Jimenez, staff vice president and chief diversity officer. "We have built a great-looking website that illustrates our commitment from different angles, including the work done by the WellPoint Foundation and our efforts around diversity and inclusion, volunteerism, and sustainability."
Lance Chrisman, executive director of the WellPoint Foundation, agreed. "When we first decided to produce this report, we knew we needed to highlight the role our associates play in these efforts. The online report has unique features, such as an interactive map that shows company giving and associate volunteerism by state. Users can select the sections they are most interested in and download a customized report.
