Mr. Hellauer, 56, comes to WellGen with over thirty years of broadfinancial leadership in the pharmaceutical, consumer and telecommunicationsindustries. Prior to joining WellGen, he spent six years in private equityand venture-backed environments. Mr. Hellauer's earlier experience includessenior positions at Lucent Technologies / AT&T, General Signal Corporation,and Johnson & Johnson.
