SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 31 In September medical studentsbegin searching for residency training programs to apply all they havelearned. With college loans entering repayment, medical students have fewerdollars to visit a wide variety of residency programs. Kaiser Permanente, aleader in graduate medical education and technology, is responding to thisneed by hosting an in-person and virtual Residency Open House on September 8,2007. Medical students nationwide have the opportunity to meet programdirectors and learn from current residents what it is like to train in KaiserPermanente's world class health care delivery system.
