This will result in areduction of adverse events and the need for re-admissions, hence reducingwait times for new patients.

The implementation of IVR technology in this environment willsignificantly reduce the burden on already overwhelmed healthcare resources.The CallAssure solution will also be used to facilitate appointment remindernotifications, missed appointment reminders, rescheduling and chronic diseasedosage management.
