Mr. Krieger's sector expertise and deal experience complement Berkery Noyes' existing healthcare practice. His areas of focus include revenue cycle management, clinical information systems, practice management software, and Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") businesses.

Mr. Krieger comes to his new role with Berkery Noyes from ThinkEquity LLC, where he led the firm's healthcare IT investment banking practice. Previously, he worked in the healthcare investment banking groups at Banc of America Securities, Lane Berry, and Bear Stearns. Over the years, Mr. Krieger has advised a number of leading healthcare companies, including TriZetto, EK Health, WorldDoc, SSC, A.D.A.M., Aveta Health, Express Scripts, and NexCura.
Mr. Krieger received a BA from Clark University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
