Shaw, III to act as Chief Operating Officer of its two subsidiaries, Vertical Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (VHS) and SnAPPnet, Inc.

Mr. Shaw brings over 30 years of healthcare experience in software, services and devices. He will be tasked with organizing, branding and raising financing for VHS and SnAPPnet.

VHS was formed to bring together a cohesive offering under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery of the company's software solutions for the healthcare market in the private medical practices sector, including SnAPPnet, a credentialing product for doctors, Priority Time, a time and attendance product, and emPath® for small business, a payroll and human resource management system.
