Saturday Night Out with White River Toyota will be held at the dealership on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets to the event cost $15 per person or $25 per couple. The event will include catered appetizers, a live DJ, a cash bar and the premier of a documentary about Vermont residents who battle Type 1 Diabetes in their day-to-day lives. Money will be raised at the event through a raffle and a silent auction, with many prizes contributed by local businesses.
Another facet of the White River Toyota Type 1 Diabetes fundraiser includes the sale of Toyota models at the dealership. Throughout the month of November, White River Toyota will donate $5 to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for each vehicle sold. This contribution will be matched by a $2 donation per vehicle by the local At Bat 4 Windsor's Kids charity foundation, resulting in a $7 donation per vehicle sold in November. During this month-long fundraiser, car shoppers can get behind the wheel of a new 2017 Toyota Corolla and help fight Type 1 Diabetes.
