Earlier today, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware issued a confirmation order approving Vermillion's plan of reorganization.
The shares of Vermillion's common stock issued in connection with the private placement have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
