VIDEO FEED: Governor Rendell Calls for Statewide Health Benefits System for School Employees

The Pennsylvania Satellite News Service will provide a satellite video feed between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. TODAY, Tuesday, Sept. 18, of Governor Edward G. Rendell calling on the General Assembly to create a statewide health benefits system for school employees, saying the rising cost of health care is one of the greatest financial challenges facing school districts.
