Misys has stated that it has been unable to confirm whether LehmanBrothers will be able to fulfill its role under this facility and hastherefore commenced the process of identifying other funding alternatives andis in discussions with several other debt providers. The consummation of thetransactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement is not subject to afinancing condition.

Given the circumstances, Allscripts intends to adjourn its 2008 annualmeeting of stockholders scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2008 to October 6,2008, the same date to which Misys has determined to adjourn its extraordinarygeneral meeting. Allscripts continues to support the transactionscontemplated by the Merger Agreement, and is working together with Misys tobring the transactions to a successful conclusion.
