Children will receive free dental screenings from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Bible Center Church, 1111 Oakhurst Drive, Charleston, W.V. Children requiring follow-up care will be referred to local dentists who will provide that care at no cost in their private dental offices.

"United Concordia takes very seriously our responsibility to help the communities we serve," said Woodrow Greene, United Concordia's community outreach coordinator. "We believe that strategic, socially responsible initiatives create strong and vibrant communities."

The importance of good oral hygiene, including proper brushing and flossing techniques, also will be discussed with the children during the event.
