Speaking to a Senate panel, Bernanke said the greatest health carechallenges fall into three categories: improving access to health care;bolstering the quality of care; and controlling rising costs. Bernanke'scomments this week came as PricewaterhouseCoopers released a study predictingthat medical costs for employers will increase nearly ten percent both thisyear and in 2009.
