Estrada says he has also noticed that he drives differently, and has beenable to react to people and situations in a much calmer manner. He tells astory of one of his co-workers. "A guy at work who has referred to me as amurderer for what I did for my country ... I can remember a time when I wouldhave attacked him. I would have hurt him severely. But, because of everythingthis program has done for me, I didn't. I was able to laugh him off andcontinue on with my day."
