As Michelene Cleary, Managing Director and President of the new Trans-Century Resources noted, the sale of the company's assets was completed earlier this summer. Barbosa Holdings, LLC, dba Trans-Century Resources, is the new owner of Trans-Century Resources. Barbosa Holdings, LLC, dba Trans-Century Resources is a privately held Texas Corporation, owned by Susie White and Cleary.
"The 'new' Trans-Century Resources will continue the same commitment to quality and customer care that our clients have come to know and appreciate for so long," noted Cleary, adding that she and Ms. White are committed to making the acquisition as smooth and seamless as possible for clients and staff.
Mary Patterson, the previous owner, will continue to work with White and Cleary for some time; she will focus on transitioning senior relationships and key projects, as well as supporting the company's leadership team to make sure the staff is properly cross-trained and current on the details of the existing engagements.
"Day to day management of your projects will continue without interruption or change. Our leadership team from Dallas will be working closely with the Austin team to further develop relationships between our combined staffs and to support the integration of our respective processes," Cleary noted.
