Thermage, Inc. Appoints New Vice President of Research & Development

HAYWARD, Calif., June 30 Thermage, Inc.(Nasdaq: THRM), a leader in non-invasive tissue tightening in the aestheticindustry, today announced the appointment of Dragan D. Nebrigic, Ph.D. as VicePresident, Research & Development. Dr. Nebrigic was previously the SeniorDirector of Advanced Technologies, a position he assumed when he joinedThermage in August 2007. As Vice President of R&D, Dr. Nebrigic will lead allR&D initiatives and build upon the Company's product pipeline. He will reportdirectly to Clint Carnell, Chief Operating Officer at Thermage.

Dr. Nebrigic joined Thermage in August 2007 from Maxwell Technologies, aSan Diego-based technology company, where he was Senior Director of GlobalAdvanced Technologies and Intellectual Property. In that role, he created anew energy product module line. Prior to joining Maxwell Technologies in2005, Dr. Nebrigic served as Executive Director of Engineering and AdvancedTechnologies with American Technology Corporation, a company specializing inthe design, development and commercialization of sound technologies andacoustic products. Prior to joining American Technology Corporation in 2001,he was Manager of Microelectronics and Engineering at Molecular Reflections,Inc.

Dr. Nebrigic previously spent four years at Procter & Gamble from 1996 to2000, where he spearheaded efforts related to the novel portable energysources, consumer biosensor applications, skin parameter detection andmeasurement devices. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineeringfrom the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science degree inComputer Engineering and Technical Physics from the University of Belgrade,Serbia. Dr. Nebrigic also holds an adjunct Professor position in ElectricalEngineering with the University of Cincinnati.
