SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 9 Cancer Clinics of Excellence, the nation's only practice-owned and physician-driven network of community oncologists has announced the addition of The West Clinic, Memphis, TN, to its membership.

"CCE is very pleased to welcome The West Clinic to our network," said Arthur "Chip" Staddon, MD, Pennsylvania Oncology, Philadelphia, PA and Chairman of CCE. "With the addition of this world-class center of excellence for oncology, hematology, radiology and other advanced medical care, CCE now comprises nearly 10% of all community-based medical oncologists."

These announcements were made at the 5th Annual Community Oncology Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Schwartzberg is the Chairman of the Community Oncology Conference and CCE members, Linda Bosserman, MD, of Wilshire Oncology Medical Group of LaVerne, CA and David Henry, MD, of Pennsylvania Oncology, Philadelphia, PA are Co-Chairs. Also speaking were CCE members, Patrick Cobb, MD, Hematology Oncology Centers of the Northern Rockies, Billings, MT and President of the Community Oncology Alliance, and Kent Butcher, CEO of Oklahoma Oncology, Tulsa, OK.
