The Children's Hospital 2010 Designer Show Home Announced

DENVER, April 6 Fuller Sotheby's International Realty is delighted to announce that its listing at 100 Vine Street has been selected as The Children's Hospital 2010 Designer Show Home. Located in Country Club Historic Neighborhood, this landmark home was designed in 1929 by architect and philanthropist Temple Buell. The home will be open for public tours April 16, 17 and 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a suggested donation of $10 per person. All proceeds benefit The Children's Hospital.

According to listing brokers Trish Bragg and Maggie Armstrong, who are also Chairs of the event: "As real estate brokers, we were searching for a creative way to reintroduce this spectacular historic home to the market and raise money for our favorite organization, The Children's Hospital. It seems more than fitting that Buell's philanthropic legacy will soon shine again."

The weekend will kickoff with an Opening Night Cocktail Party underwritten by United Western Bank at the house on Thursday, April 15 at 5 p.m. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at www.thechildrenshospitalfoundation.org/realtypreview. All ticket proceeds go to The Children's Hospital.

Renovation of the house is finishing now. Some of Denver's most exciting designers will soon descend upon the home to decorate each room. Mountain Modern will mix with Traditional; European Antique will mix with vintage West Palm Beach. Every room will welcome and inspire. The home will feature artwork by local artist Jeffrey Keith.
