Breema is a down-to-earth, practical approach to physical, emotional, and mental health that combines bodywork with techniques for balancing the mind and emotions. The Breema Center's October Intensive is open to beginners as well as advanced students and will present a series of in-depth courses on the basic Breema components. During a 3-day set of courses, beginning students will learn bodywork sequences and movement exercises. Classes will emphasize the common-sense Breema principles and feeling comfortable in one's own body.
In addition to the introductory courses, the Breema Center will offer 3 days of classes and workshops on more advanced Breema practices. In these classes, students will combine bodywork sequences to create whole-body (foot-to-head) treatments. The more advanced workshops will explore various facets of the bodywork and principles of Breema.

The Breema Fall Intensive workshops will all be held at the Breema Center located at 6076 Claremont Avenue, Oakland, CA 94618. Pricing for the Breema Fall Intensive are as follows:
Accommodations and meals are not included in the tuition. Students are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodations and meals. The Breema Center is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider Number 03852) and by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as continuing education Approved Provider #145251.
