Mr. Warner has more than 20 years of experience in project management andcustomer service. Most recently the Director of Operations, Sales and CareSupport at EMBARQ, a distributor of communications services, Mr. Warner led ateam of more than 100 program management professionals in delivery of complexIT and customer experience solutions. While there, he directed theimplementation of a new sales and customer experience process that led toEMBARQ receiving a J.D. Power & Associates customer service award for businessin 2007. Prior to EMBARQ, Mr. Warner was Director of Operations at Sprint andDivisions Operations Manager at United Telephone of Florida.
Mr. Warner has a BS in Business Administration from the University ofCentral Florida, Orlando.
