RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., April 20 Talecris Biotherapeutics Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: TLCR) held its annual meeting of stockholders today in Chapel Hill, N.C.

During the meeting, the stockholders elected Paul N. Clark and Kenneth J. Martin as Class I Directors to serve on the company's Board of Directors for three-year terms ending in 2013. Stockholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
