She has more than 10 years ofexperience building, training, leading and promoting top-tier sales forces.She has distinguished herself through her ability to quickly identify anddiagnose sales and growth impediments, working across FedEx operatingcompanies to refine their sales channels, organizational structure and generalsales productivity.

Prior to serving in her current capacity, DiCicco was director of salesfor FedEx Services, where she led a sales force of more than 150 peoplethrough a major expansion and the attainment of important strategic goals. Shealso served as a district sales manager for FedEx Services and as an accountexecutive and corporate sales trainer for FedEx Ground. During her 15-yearcareer with FedEx, DiCicco has received the FedEx Five Star Award and numerousother commendations.
