FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz., July 28 Sunridge International (OTC Bulletin Board: SNDZ), announced today it has received New Amsterdam Marketing Corporation's initial order of units and disposable rings. This order is the start of a 5-year contract recently signed with New Amsterdam for the territory of India, valued at over $4 million.

Sunridge International's CEO, G. Richard Smith said, "The company is excited about getting started in our biggest market to date. India's glaucoma population is approximately 10 million people, which does not take in consideration the population with ocular hypertension, a market at least 5 times larger than that of the glaucoma market. A 5% market share in India could be valued at over $20,000,000 in annual sales to Sunridge."

New Amsterdam has enlisted the assistance of Sunridge's medical staff, and is currently making arrangements for Dr. Leo Bores to travel to India in September to train local doctors, clinics and hospitals, as well as give lectures and seminars about Pneumatic Trabeculoplasty (PNT) to both medical professionals and to glaucoma patients. This 2-week trip we be just the start of New Amsterdam's marketing rollout plan.
