Roundtable: "Why Work is Healthy"

Dr. Chris Brigham, Dr. Jennifer Christian, and Stacy Barrow will discuss why it is healthier for not just the employee but the employer and even society as a whole, for people to stay at work. They will talk about the challenges employers face with regard to the health of American workers and how an unhealthy workforce can impact a company's bottom line.

Educational session: "Best Practices for a Healthy Absence Management Program"

Marjory Robertson and Alexandra Dumont from Sun Life, experts in compliance, disability, and absence management solutions, will provide insight on managing a robust absence management program and maintaining legal compliance in accordance with FMLA and ADA regulations.
