KALAMAZOO, Mich., Dec. 18 Stryker Corporation(NYSE: SYK) announced that it will host a conference call on Wednesday,January 23, 2008 at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, to discuss the Company'soperating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007 and providean operational update. Operating results for the quarter and year endedDecember 31, 2007 will be released at 4:00 p.m. that day.

Stephen P. MacMillan, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dean H. Bergy,Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Katherine A. Owen, VicePresident, Strategy and Investor Relations, will host the call.
