NEW YORK, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Joseph A. Califano, Jr., Chairman of The Citizens' Commission to Protect the Truth said that the Commission will continue to support the efforts of Legacy(SM) to preserve tobacco funds in Ohio.  "We plan to file an amicus brief in support of Legacy's efforts to reinstate the trial courts injunction requiring that the funds be spent for tobacco control."
