Yovation(TM) is a new premium, probiotic frozen yogurt which was inspiredby the growing consumer interest and popularity of probiotic products and therecognition by the medical community of the benefits of probiotics.Yovation(TM) is available for distribution beginning this month, in sixdelicious flavors. The Yovation(TM) formulation starts with traditional, live and activeyogurt cultures and then adds a probiotic culture, GanedenBC30 (Bacilluscoagulans GBI-30, 6086). GanedenBC30 overcomes the shortcomings of othercommonly used probiotics in that it easily withstands industrial foodmanufacturing, extreme temperatures, and product shelf life. Other probioticcultures are highly sensitive to these demands.
