Mr. Donald combines medical research, business development andinternational regulatory sciences to drive products from the bench tocommercialization. Over the past 25 years, he has advised more than 200companies across four continents on the approval of biologics, drugs,diagnostics and medical devices. In his role as president of SpineMark CROManagement, Mr. Donald will work with medical device companies and physicianswithin the SpineMark network to establish clinical trial programs that offerpatients the most advanced spine care.

Mr. Iftiniuk brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitalmanagement and healthcare consulting to SpineMark. He has been an industryleader in growing and restructuring both commercial and non-profithospital-based entities to meet financial and quality of care objectives. Inhis role as chief operating officer of SpineMark Corporation, Mr. Iftiniukwill oversee SpineMark's Centers of Excellence and help to create institutionswhich are both fiscally responsible as well as leaders in innovative spinecare. In 1999, as president and CEO of Good Shepherd Hospital in BarringtonIll., he worked with SpineMark to develop a Spine Center of Excellence.
