TROY, Mich., Jan. 6 Somanetics Corporation(Nasdaq: SMTS) will release its financial results for the fourth quarter andfiscal year ended November 30, 2008 before the opening of the market onWednesday, January 21, 2009. In conjunction with its financial results, theCompany will host a conference call that will be webcast live at 10:00 a.m.(ET) the same day.

On the conference call, Bruce Barrett, Somanetics' president and chiefexecutive officer, and Bill Iacona, chief financial officer, will reviewSomanetics' financial results and provide a business outlook for fiscal 2009.
