Smart Balance to Present at Deutsche Bank Small & Mid-Cap Conference

PARAMUS, N.J., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Smart Balance, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMBL) announced today that Alan Gever, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Smart Balance, Inc., will make a presentation at the Deutsche Bank 2010 Small & Mid-Cap Conference in Naples, FL, 12:40 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

Smart Balance's presentation will be available via webcast and will be approximately 35 minutes in length.  Only conference attendees will be able to ask questions during the presentation.  The webcast will be accessible through a link in the Investor Center of the Company's website at www.smartbalance.com.  An archive of the webcast will be available until May 10, 2010.  Presentation slides will be available on the website in the Investor Center in the Corporate News folder.
