Douglas has over 20 years of previous sales management experience and over 6 years of sales training experience with SHC. Van Dyke is the head instructor of SHC's Base Consultant University ("BCU"), which is SHC's initial three-day classroom training program and the launching pad to new consultant success in the Career Divisions.
