Senesco Technologies, Inc. Announces Management Change

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., Feb. 4 Senesco Technologies, Inc. ("Senesco" or the "Company") (NYSE Amex: SNT), today announced that, on February 1, 2010, Sascha P. Fedyszyn resigned from his position as the Company's Vice President of Corporate Development and Secretary to pursue other interests. The Company's current President and Chief Executive Officer, Jack Van Hulst, will assume Mr. Fedyszyn's responsibilities and serve as the Company's Secretary.
