LOUIS, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- A series of free seminars designed to help Missouri Medicare beneficiaries with chronic illness maintain a healthy lifestyle and learn about Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans designed for their unique needs will be offered during March at various locations throughout the state.

Care Improvement Plus, the state's largest Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for beneficiaries with diabetes and other chronic conditions, is hosting the sessions, which will include tips on proper nutrition and fitness, a free farmers market, and information on its 2009 plan offerings.
